Each line dance video program has 10 line dances. You will learn, step by step, the most famous classics and some of the newest, most popular line dances from around the country from these phenomenal videos. First, you will learn each line dance with a step-by-step walkthrough, and then you'll do it to music as the instructor continues to help you through each dance. Also included are two half-hour practice and cardio exercise sessions that take you through 10 line dances each, back to back with music. This is a great way to practice the line dances, plus get 30 minutes of low-impact cardiovascular exercise and have a great time doing it! Almost 3 hours of line-dancing goodness in this set of instructional videos!
Some of these line dances are shorter and easier, and as you get better you can progress to the more challenging dances to help you increase your abilities. Then go through the 30 minute practice/low impact cardio session to break a sweat, and fine-tune your dancing.
